About Warnerleisurehotels.co.uk Payment Method?
Warner Leisure Hotels accepts payments through MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, and Maestro cards. Unfortunately, American Express or Solo are not accepted. Payments are securely processed on behalf of Warner Hotels by Lloyds Cardnet. When booking a holiday, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, plus the Warner Holiday Protection if chosen to add this. If the holiday is cancelled for any reason, the deposit paid will be lost. Full balance for the break is required 12 weeks prior to the holiday start date. The hotels operate on a cashless basis for ease and convenience. A charge card can be set up on arrival or a card can be preregistered on the My Warner Stay system to keep track of spending. This can be done from 28 days before the start of the holiday. If using Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay for part of the holiday, only £120 worth of Tesco Clubcard Boost tokens (£60 Clubcard Vouchers) can be redeemed on any booking over £250. These vouchers can only be used for payment towards breaks and cannot be used on site. They can only be applied to a booking if the vouchers are in the user's name, and they’re the lead name on the booking. If a break that has Tesco vouchers applied needs to be cancelled, these cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds will be made to the card or via the payment method used when the booking was paid for and will be processed within 7–10 days.
